  • Orders are typically dispatched within 24–48 business hours

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day

  • Dispatch timelines may vary during festive seasons or high-volume sale periods

  • Standard Shipping Charges:

Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.

6. Address Accuracy & Amendments

  • Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details

  • Address changes are allowed only within 3 hours of placing the order

  • Once an order is dispatched, address changes are not permitted

Failed or Returned Deliveries:

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incomplete address

  • Multiple failed delivery attempts
