Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Athisaya Organics. We take great care in packing and shipping our products to ensure they reach you in the best possible condition. Due to the nature of our products, please read this policy carefully before placing an order.


1. No Returns Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

Returns are not permitted for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect product selection

  • Taste or personal preference

  • Delayed delivery caused by courier partners

  • Minor packaging dents that do not affect product quality

All sales are considered final unless the product is damaged during shipping.


2. Returns & Refunds – Shipping Damage Only

Returns or refunds are accepted ONLY in cases where:

  • The product is physically damaged during transit, or

  • The wrong product is delivered

Mandatory Proof Requirement

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, customers must provide:

  • Clear unboxing video (mandatory)

  • Supporting images of the damaged product and outer packaging

⚠️ Claims without video or image proof will not be accepted.


3. Reporting Damaged Products

  • Damage issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

  • Complaints received after this period will not be eligible for review

4. Resolution Process

Once we receive your request:

  • Our team will verify the proof provided

  • If approved, we will offer one of the following:

    • Replacement of the damaged product (subject to availability), or

    • Refund to the original payment method


5. Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days

  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method

  • Bank processing time may vary depending on your payment provider


6. No Refund Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • Proof (video/image) is missing or unclear

  • Damage occurred after delivery

  • Customer refuses delivery

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Product is returned without approval

  • Courier delay without physical damage


7. Perishable & Food Products Disclaimer

Our products include food and organic consumables.
Minor breakage, oil seepage, or texture changes due to transit may occur and do not qualify as damage unless the product is completely unusable.


8. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

Please review all details carefully before completing your purchase.


9. Courier Responsibility

Athisaya Organics is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by courier partners

  • Weather, strikes, or operational disruptions

However, we will assist customers in resolving genuine delivery-related issues wherever possible.
