Exchange or Return of Goods - Athisaya Organics
If the product is of good quality, the buyer has the right to terminate the contract concluded at a distance within 14 days after its execution.
To preserve this right, the consumer must ensure that the products are returned in their original, unopened condition. Opened products will not be accepted for return or refund. If the product is damaged or destroyed through no fault of the customer, they are not deprived of the right to terminate the contract. If the product's value has diminished due to unpacking or checking its functionality, this does not prevent the consumer from submitting a request for a refund, as long -
as the product remains unopened.
Please note that the product will not be accepted for return if any of the following are missing:
- Complete set of the product (all components and accessories included)
- Receipt proving the purchase from Athisaya Organics
- warranty card;
- An act with a description of the defect issued by the service department (if applicable)
Warranty: The product comes with a limited warranty of 7 days from the date of receipt. If a defect occurs within this period, please contact us for assistance.
Refunds will be processed within the time frame established by current legislation.
